Throughout this document, the words “numoon”, “numoon-jewelry.com”, “us”, “we”, “our” refer to us, numoon jewelry, numoon-jewelry.com or our service, numoon, as is appropriate in the context of the use of the words “you” and “your” refer to you, the person who is being presented with this document for your agreement.
Access to and use of this site and the products and services available through this site (collectively, the "services") are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "terms of service" or “TOS”). By using the services, you are agreeing to all of the terms of service, as may be updated by us from time to time.
Numoon reserves the right to make changes to the site, related polices and agreements, the privacy policy and this TOS at any time. You are advised to check the site from time to time to check the update or changes to the said policies and agreements, the privacy policy and the TOS.
The following Terms and Conditions only apply to numoon-jewelry.com.
Our web shop is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
1. Registration
To use some of the services or features made available to you on this site you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address info@numoon-jewelry.com .We may also change registration requirements from time to time.
In using the site, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. If you feel or suspect that the security of your account has been compromised or if there is unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information on how we use our personal data.
2. Terms of Sale
Prices are shown on the site in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Prices displayed on the site at the time your order is accepted will be honoured except in the case of obvious error. Whilst we use our best endeavours to ensure that all prices appearing on the site are accurate, we do not guarantee that they are error-free and reserve our right to rectify any errors. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming or canceling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
If your credit/debit card is not denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Excluding HKD the currencies shown on the web shop are a guideline and we do not guarantee that prices remain accurate to the how you will be charged by your bank.
Numoon attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we does not warrant that product descriptions, prices and details are accurate as errors may occur. Product availability is not guaranteed. If a product is not available when you order processes we will notify you by email and offer you the option of reconfirming or canceling your order.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and numoon jewelry will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Hong Kong and the language of the contract is English.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
3. Delivery
We will typically ship any in-stock item out within 2-4 working days. However, we cannot promise this for every customer.
We recommend you to join our membership before a purchase so you can login to your account and view the statue of your order.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to your local government website. Note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.
Please be informed that in some cases your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During these instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected.
Returns Policy
If you have received the incorrect item or the item was damaged upon arrival it will be repaired or replaced at no cost. Numoon will send replacement back to you at no cost. Claims must be made within 3 days of receipt.
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied and wish to return your merchandise, please email us at info@numoon-jewelry.com explaining the reason for your return request within 7 days of receipt. Request will be processed upon receipt of your email.
For hygiene reason, we regret to advise that we do not accept return of all earrings products. We currently do not process exchange for a different product.
Mercandise that is returned must be returned in its original condition. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or refund refused.
Please note that customer should bear the shipping cost for returning the item and be responsible for the safety of the delivery.
Upon dispute, Numoon reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
Import Taxes & Duties
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at numoon. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Customs & Regulations
You are responsible on checking with your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
4. Product Description and Colors
We will endeavour to ensure that the content and the product descriptions on numoon-jewelry.com are as accurate and complete as possible. We however do not warrant that “content” and product descriptions are accurate, complete, current or error free.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on numoon-jewelry.com . However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
5. Liability
Numoon does not guarantee that the use of numoon-jewelry.com and services will be error-free or that the site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We recommend all users of the Site to ensure they have up-to-date software, including anti-virus, installed.
Some events may happen beyond our reasonable control, such as adverse weather. Under such conditions, we will always do our best to aim at maintaining its services but will not be responsible for failing to meet any obligations in this TOS.

We have no control over such sites and resources and we will not accept responsibility for them or be liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of them.
Numoon is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any off-Site pages, which include but is not limited to advertisers of the Site. Use of these external websites or resources will be at your own risk and subject to the terms of use and service contained within each of such sites.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
numoon-jewelry.com consists of software and “material” (Which is defined as, or includes, images, video, text formats, styles of presentation, software )are the intellectual property of numoon and are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
numoon-jewelry.com is for your personal and non-commercial use only. Any non-personal and/or commercial use of the material is only permitted when expressly authorised by numoon. You may not distribute, reproduce, publish, sell or license any material contained within the site without prior consent or authorization of numoon. Any such unauthorized actions may result in civil consequences or criminal penalties. Numoon reserves the right to withdraw or amend any item of the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time and for any period.
Numoon respects the intellectual property of others. If you have reason to believe your work may have been used in the Site without your permission, please contact us.
7. No Waiver
If you breach the Terms of Service (TOS) and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the TOS.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy rights of our online visitors and recognise the importance of protecting your personal information. We have adopted a corporate wide Privacy Policy that guides how we collect, store, and use the information that you provide us with.

Numoon collects personal information in several ways when you place an order or register for a service offered by numoon. By registering, you are consenting to the collection of your personal data. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit/debit card billing address(es) so that we can process and fulfill your order. Saved card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our Payment Service Provider's systems.
We may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks. Sometimes we may ask for your telephone number. This number may be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.
We may also use your personal information to send you marketing updates but only ever in accordance with your preferences. We do not sell your details to third party marketing companies.

10. Governing Law Jurisdiction
