Refund policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied and wish to return your merchandise, please email us at info@numoon-jewelry.comexplaining the reason for your request within 3 days of receipt. Request will be processed upon receipt of your email. We currently do not process exchange for a different product. 

If you have received the incorrect item or the item was damaged upon arrival, numoon jewelry will send replacement back to you at no cost. Claims must be made within 3 days of receipt.

Merchandise that is returned must be returned in its original condition. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or refund refused. Please note that customer should bear the shipping cost for returning the item and be responsible for the safety of the delivery.

For hygiene reason, we regret to advise that we do not accept return of all earrings products.

Upon dispute, numoon jewelry reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
